Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping destinations, order processing times, shipping fees, and fulfillment arrangements.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship orders to addresses within the United States only.

Orders are shipped from locations within the United States through our third-party logistics partners.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping rates for orders shipped within the United States:

The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order subtotal and applicable shipping rules.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will be considered received on the next business day and will be processed accordingly.

For example, an order placed after 5:00 PM PT on Friday will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

We work with third-party logistics providers to process, pack, and fulfill orders.

After an order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Shipping Delays

We make every reasonable effort to process orders within the stated processing time. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.

The processing and shipping timeframes provided in this policy are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

6. Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.

If an order has already entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.
